This looks interesting and I can see the benefit of keeping me up to date with items in the world outside my library. If these are in short snipets, the better, although I can see it becoming addicting. Will try to control it!

Hi - Leslie B and I experienced this side by side in our small building. I have done this with my kids at home before and talked with their friends - it is alot of fun and can be worthwhile depending on what you are doing. Garrett's first track meet

He ran the 100 in 13.6 seconds despite the 4omph winds, rain and lousy weather. Sat in the cold weather for 2 hours and froze to death. What we do for our children!

Garrett's 16th birthday

What takes 10 lbs of hamburger, 5 cans of manwich, b-b-q sauce and a cake? Garrett's 16th birthday for 26 kids (the majority were boys)at Ft. Casey on Whidbey Island. It was great fun and a joy to watch 22 boys coming at you across a field - sure can see how some would find this intimidating, but this group was great. Played capture the flag for three hours (until dusk - we were the last ones out!) and we ate in the rain, but who cares? They all had a blast and so did I - can't believe he is 16 already.
